About Us

The Chef

 Hi, I’m Cristina, a vegan executive chef and sports nutritionist with over 25 years of experience helping individuals embrace healthy, plant-based lifestyles. My passion lies in crafting practical, delicious, and culturally inclusive nutrition plans that empower people to thrive.

I hold a Master’s degree in Sports Nutrition from Stanford University Medical School, which has shaped my approach to blending science and creativity in every meal plan and workshop I design. Whether it’s supporting clients on their personal health journeys or creating accessible resources like meal prep guides and seasonal recipe booklets, my goal is to make nutritious living both achievable and enjoyable.

When I’m not working on personalized meal plans or hosting workshops, you’ll find me exploring new ways to connect with my community—be it through social platforms or cooking demos. I believe healthy eating should be practical, vibrant, and tailored to fit diverse lifestyles
